Justin P. Aylsworth

Professional Status: Jr. Partner with the law firm of Anderson, Julian & Hull LLP. His practice is primarily in the areas of insurance defense, worker's compensation and immigration and naturalization.

Education Background: Attended North Idaho College and graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Law and Administration and Political Science. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1997. Admitted to the Idaho State Bar in 1997.

Professional Affiliations: Admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Idaho and all State Courts in Idaho. Member of the American Bar Association: Tort and Insurance Practice Section and Young Lawyers Division. Member of the Young Lawyers Section and Worker's Compensation Section of the Idaho State Bar.

Clerkship: United States District Court for the District of Idaho, Pro Se Law Clerk; Honorable Mikel H. Williams and Honorable Larry M. Boyle (1998).

Employment History: While attending Gonzaga University School of Law, served as a Summer Intern for the Spokane County Prosecutor's Office. Employed as a Law Clerk/Rule 9 Intern for Washington State Attorney General's Office, Labor and Industries Division (Worker's Compensation) during second and third year at Gonzaga University School of Law. After graduating law school served as a Pro Se Law Clerk for the United States District Court for the District of Idaho. Following his clerkship, he was employed as an Associate Attorney in the Nampa and Meridian offices of the law firm White, Peterson, Pruss, Morrow & Gigray, LLP. Served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Idaho, before joining Anderson, Julian & Hull LLP as an Associate Attorney.
