    Fee includes course materials, two luncheons & four coffee breaks. Pre-registration is recommended. Registration deadline is April 10, 2020.

  • Refunds & Cancellations

    Refunds for registration cancellations, less $25.00, will be given for any cancellations received prior to FRIDAY, April 10, 2020. No refunds will be given after April 11, 2020, although substitutions of attendees may be made by contacting the Institute. Registrants not entitled to a refund, but unable to attend will receive a copy of the written materials electronically.
  • Parking & Accommodations

    Participants are responsible for their own hotel accommodations and parking. To make reservations, contact the Marriott Hotel at 1-208-424-9999. Reservations made for a single/double room before March 20, 2020 will receive a room rate of $149.00 per night.
