  • Transferable Registration Fee : is $275 per attendee. Purchase orders will be accepted.

    Fee includes course materials (if you would like both a binder and a thumb drive, please note that there will be an additional $15 fee for a total registration fee of $290 per attendee), two luncheons & four coffee breaks. Pre-Registration is recommended. Registration deadline is April 12, 2019.

  • Special Needs

    If you have special needs addressed by the Americans With Disabilities Act, please notify the Institute at least two weeks before the seminar.

  • Refunds & Cancellations

    Refunds for registration cancellations, less $25.00, will be given for any cancellations received prior to FRIDAY, April 12, 2019. No refunds will be given after April 12, 2019, although substitutions of attendees may be made by contacting the Institute. Registrants not entitled to a refund, but unable to attend will receive a copy of the written materials electronically.
  • Parking & Accommodations

    Participants are responsible for their own hotel accommodations and parking. To make reservations, contact the Marriott Hotel at 1-208-424-9999. Reservations made for a single/double room before March 22, 2019 will receive a room rate of $149.00 per night.
