Amanda has been an associate attorney with Anderson, Julian & Hull since December of 2017. She currently practices in Education law, Civil Rights Litigation and Employment Law. Amanda was previously an attorney with The Roark Law Firm in Hailey, Idaho.
Amanda has experience in civil and criminal litigation, including criminal defense and family law. Prior to joining Anderson, Julian & Hull, she focused on representing clients charged with misdemeanors and clients involved in divorce proceedings, child protection proceedings and proceedings involving modifications of child support and custody. Amanda has also advocated for children involved in domestic violence.
Amanda received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, magna cum laude, from Washington State University in 2008. She received her J.D. degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2012. She also wrote an article about extreme sports and liability waivers that was published in the DePaul Journal of Sports Law in 2012.
Amanda is a member of the Idaho State Bar and the Colorado State Bar. Aside from practicing law, Amanda enjoys figure skating, hiking and snowboarding. She is also a member of the Junior League in Boise.
