Mr. Stoll’s practice concentrates on litigation with a special emphasis on public entity defense, civil rights litigation, employment law, governmental liability, education law, prisoner’s rights defense, and general litigation.
After graduating from the University of Idaho in 2001, Mr. Stoll enrolled at Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. While attending Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Mr. Stoll served as a law clerk for the Honorable Gregory F. Clifford, Chief Magistrate of the Cleveland Municipal Court. After graduating law school, Mr. Stoll served as a law clerk to the Honorable D. Duff McKee and the Honorable Daniel C. Hurlbutt of the Ada County District Court. Prior to joining Anderson, Julian & Hull, LLP, Mr. Stoll was a partner at a Boise litigation firm and has also served as a Lead Deputy Attorney General with the Office of the Idaho Attorney General.
